Regional tour : „OMMA“ by Joseph Nadj

After the success of the two previous tours, in 2021 and 2022, OMMA by Joseph Nadj is back in the SEE region, for an energetic choreographic performance on the origins of dance.

Latest creation of the Hungarian-born choreographer, OMMA is a piece conceived for and with eight performers of African origin: Congolese, Malian, Senegalese, Ivorian and Burkinabe. All these influences and movements interact with each other, creating a collective from which the universal harmony of dance emanates.

On a stage deliberately left empty, the dancers in black jackets and trousers focus on the essential, on the origins of dance, while Joseph Nadj’s characteristic graphic elements are mixed in, for a wonderful dialogue of cultures.
